Macklin joins EA USA from , where he spent the last decade developing strategic supplier relationships to support Nationwide's "On Your Side" positioning, reduce risk and maximize profitability. His knowledge and proven track record of building custom solutions to increase policyholder retention through product satisfaction and brand loyalty affiliation will aid EA USA in its continued development of innovative solutions.
