(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Press release 9 December, 2009 Oriflame Cosmetics agrees ?400m Refinancing of DebtOriflame Cosmetics S.A. today signed a ?400m three-year Term Loan andRevolving Credit Facility (the "Facility") with its core relationshipbanks.The Facility will be used for general corporate purposes and willrefinance Oriflame's existing credit facilities of ?375m (signedApril 2006) and ?130m (signed February 2009)."With support of our core banks, Oriflame has with this facilitysecured its long-term financing.
