Vanstar Starts a Drilling Campaign on Joutel
(firmenpresse) - LA PRAIRIE, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 12/06/11 -- The management of Vanstar Mining Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: VSR) started an initial drilling campaign on the Joutel gold project, located in the Joutel township in Abitibi.
This 750-metre drilling phase will test the South-East extension of a gold zone that was intersected by drilling in the 1980's (GM6860). This property is located 300 metres from the former Agnico-Eagle and Telbel gold deposits. It comprises part of volcano-sedimentary rocks in the highly sheared zone of the Harricanna fault.
This drilling campaign is under the supervision of Daniel Kelly, independent geologist and Qualified Person under NI 43-101. Mr. Kelly read and approved this press release.
