RainPure Water PLC - Expands into China

A delegation from China recently visited Rainpure Water PLC's Korean
subsidiary EcoMyung and its affiliated research company, ANT2, in Korea, to
inspect the Company's technology. This visit included a trip to ANT21's
Sewage facility at Daejeon Korea and the manufacturing facility.
Most members of the delegation are leaders from the Chinese Sewage and
Water Recycling Industry and were invited by the Company's exclusive
partner in China, Jiangsu New Philip Enprotec (Group) Co., Ltd ('JN
Philip') www.philip.com.cn.
The visit of leaders from the Chinese Sewage and Water Recycling Industry
came as a result of the Company's planned expansion into the Chinese
market. This expansion is to take place via a visit to the local Chinese
firm, JN Philip.
Rainpure Water PLC signed an exclusive distribution contract with JN Philip
in China in May 2011 after an introduction from the Academy Cooperation
Foundation in Korea http://iucf.hanbat.ac.kr. The signing ceremony was held
in Suzhou Industrial Park http://sipac.gov.cn home of Samsung Electronics
China and more than 150global multinational companies.
Rainpure Water and JN Philip will jointly roll out a business expansion
plan in China targeting large contracts for the revamping of existing
facilities via replacement with new ANT21's technology and/or establishing
new facilities.
The projects available to the Company in China have the potential to yield
substantial sales revenue on turnkey projects and also via the distribution
of components to China.
Rainpure Water PLC provides state-of-the-art water treatment technology.
It designs and builds water and air treatment facilities using high
efficiency diffusers, fluidised media, air purifiers and cleaners. It is
listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as 9RW.
Its speciality is to design and build waste water and sewage treatment
components via its wholly owned subsidiary EcoMyung Co. Limited of South
Korea. And it is also closely associated with a research institute 'ANT21'
for R&D work. It owns and has registered nine utility IP models, three
industrial designs and two patents. A design patent has been granted on the
diffuser (called ANT21) in the United States of America.
