Rock Resources Inc and Siga Resources Inc. have entered into negotiations
to facilitate the consolidation of the ownership of the of the Lucky 13
precious metals project, located near Hope, British Columbia.
The Companies have agreed in principle to have Siga Resources Inc. acquire
100% of the Lucky 13 through the acquisition of all outstanding shares of
Big Rock upon completion of Big Rock's funding commitment to earn 50%
interest in the Lucky 13 Joint Venture Company.
