New Nomination Committee in Ruric AB

The Annual General Meeting has adopted principles for appointing a Nomination
Committee. The Committee shall be composed of representatives appointed by the
two largest shareholders (by number of votes) wishing to appoint a
representative as well as the chairman of the Board of Directors. The basis for
appointment is the shareholder statistics available on the 31 of August 2011,
including other shareholder information available to the company.

A new Nomination Committee has been appointed and consists of Lennart Dahlgren
(chairman), Denis Martyushev, representing Gano Services Inc and Ramsay Brufer
representing Alecta, chairman of the Board of Directors.
