Either complete gantry systems or adaptable linear stages allow easy and quick installation
(PresseBox) - In many cases of electronic production motorized XY-axes or gantry systems are being used in Pick&Place and inspection applications.
Our subsystems allow the easy installation and integration of accurate and fast motorized axes and complete systems, for example XYZ-systems.
For the inexperienced user we offer Plug&Play solutions with integrated controller, standard software, complete accessory like cables, power supply, etc. to run the application as soon as possible.
For OEM integration we offer our systems also with open interfaces and customized hardware. VI´s and dll´s for the most common programming languages are available.
With standard sizes from 100 x 100 mm² to 450 x 450 mm² for gantry systems you could carry loads up to 18 kg with accuracies and repeatability in the low micrometer range. Depending on the application requirements on dynamic and precision we can offer various modifications of the leadscrews and also electronic (encoders, etc.).
Payloads of up to 100 kg are easy to handle with our bigger axes.
