Brigadier Gold Announces Completion of Share Issuance to Salta Exploraciones SA and SESA Holdings LLC

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/08/11 -- Further to its previous announcement on November 28th, 2011, Brigadier Gold Limited (TSX VENTURE: BRG) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed the issuance of 700,000 common shares to Salta Exploraciones SA ("Salta") and SESA Holdings LLC ("SESA") as a substitute for the $150,000 payment required to Salta and SESA under the option agreement respecting the Incamayo Property. The certificates representing such common shares contain a restrictive legend preventing trading in such common shares (unless permitted by securities legislation) until April 1, 2012.
