Rosseau Asset Management Ltd. Announces Equity Interest in Lago Dourado Minerals Ltd.
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/09/11 -- Rosseau Asset Management Ltd. ("Rosseau") announced that, together with its principals and employees, it owns or exercises control or direction over a total of 17,896,752 common shares and 1,623,375 share purchase warrants of Lago Dourado Minerals Ltd. ("Lago Dourado"). The securities represent approximately 26.7% of the common shares of Lago Dourado (assuming full exercise of the share purchase warrants).
These securities include 1,818,181 common shares of Lago Dourado and 909,090 share purchase warrants (entitling the holders thereof to acquire one common share of Lago Dourado for each warrant held), representing approximately 3.8% of the outstanding common shares (assuming exercise of the share purchase warrants), acquired by accounts managed by Rosseau on July 18, 2011 through a non-brokered private placement; and 200,000 common shares of Lago Dourado, representing less than 0.3% of the outstanding common shares, acquired by a principal of Rosseau on the exercise of 200,000 options on December 2, 2011.
The securities are being held for investment purposes. Rosseau managed accounts may from time to time, depending on market and other conditions, acquire additional securities or related financial instruments of Lago Dourado, dispose of some or all of their holdings in Lago Dourado through market transactions, private agreements or otherwise, or continue to hold such investments.
