(Thomson Reuters ONE) -

(Oslo, 12 December 2011) Lyse AS, one of Norway's largest energy companies, has
chosen EDB ErgoGroup to be its supplier for invoice production. The agreement
means that all outgoing invoices to Lyse's customers will be produced with the
help of EDB ErgoGroup's solutions for invoice production and distribution. The
agreement runs for five years, and represents total contract value of around NOK
20 million over this period.

"I very much appreciate the confidence in EDB ErgoGroup  that Lyse has
demonstrated by signing this contract. EDB ErgoGroup runs the largest operation
in the Nordic region for invoice management and message distribution, and Lyse
will now have access to the full range of this operation. I look forward to
starting work on helping to make Lyse a market leader in its use of the
electronic invoices of the future", comments  Terje Mjøs, CEO of EDB ErgoGroup.

"We were looking for a partner with a forward-looking emphasis who can help to
keep Lyse at the forefront in developing new solutions and areas of application
for invoice production. We found that EDB ErgoGroup stood out as a strong and
competent partner for us in this area. We also found in the competitive bidding
that EDB ErgoGroup put forward the best proposal in terms of price, quality
requirements and functionality. Using EDB ErgoGroup's BDS solution for invoice
production will improve our efficiency, and will be the first step towards
achieving our objective for 65% of all invoices to be sent out electronically",
explains Leif Boge, Head of Invoice Services at Lyse.
