(TSX VENTURE: KNP)(FRANKFURT: KRL) ("Knight Metals" or the "Company") reports that the Company has granted 3,500,000 incentive stock options to certain of its directors, officers, employees and consultants. The stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.24 per common share for a period of three years.
