Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. Declares First Quarter Cash Dividend
(firmenpresse) - GEORGE TOWN, GRAND CAYMAN, CAYMAN ISLANDS -- (Marketwire) -- 12/12/11 -- Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. (NASDAQ: CWCO) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share.
The dividend is payable January 31, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business January 1, 2012.

Ltd. develops and operates seawater desalination plants and water distribution systems in areas of the world where naturally occurring supplies of potable water are scarce or nonexistent.
