The Bond was offered for subscription in anoffering mainly to Finnish retail investors and selectedinternational investors. The company's Board of Directors has today,on 14 December 2009, approved the subscriptions for the Bond,totaling EUR 40 million, which is also the aggregate principal amountof the Bond."The bond issue demonstrates Citycon's ability to raise long-termfinancing on competitive terms for its investments.
