Comments regarding chinese wind projects

(Thomson Reuters ONE) - The Executive Board of the UN's Clean Development Mechanism (CDM)rejected on the 4 December ten wind projects from China, two of whichwhere Tricorona's (one of which is jointly developed with the SwedishEnergy Agency). The reason for the rejections, according to theExecutive Board, was over concerns that China was using money fromthe CDM to compensate for lowering feed-in tariffs. The ExecutiveBoard argued that these wind projects were not additional and couldpossibly have been implemented even without the CDM funding.
