Appointment of Cary Deacon as Director:
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Cary Deacon to the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Deacon brings more than 30 years of senior leadership experience in multi-billion dollar retail organizations such as Macy's, Hudson's Bay, and Montgomery Ward. Mr. Deacon's most recent position was President and CEO of Navarre Corporation, a leading publisher and distributor of home entertainment and multimedia products. Previously, Mr. Deacon was President and CEO of NetRadio Corporation, President and COO of SkyMall, Inc., and President of Value Vision, Inc. (ShopNBC). Mr. Deacon has also served as Director for Raindance Communications, Inc.
Promotion of Chris Egan as VP Business Services:
The Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. Chris Egan to Vice President of Business Services, effective immediately. As Vice President, Mr. Egan's portfolio includes responsibility for Account Management, Retailer Marketing, Business Analysis and Creative Services. Mr. Egan has served in a variety of management positions at PNI Digital Media since 2003. He previously held the title of Director of Business Technology and Integration.
Appointment of Cory Kent as Corporate Secretary:
Ms. Pat Spice, the current Corporate Secretary and an Officer of the Company, will retire after fifteen years with the Company, effective December 31st, 2011. The Company announces that Mr. Cory Kent, current member of the Company's Board of Directors, has been appointed Corporate Secretary, beginning January 1st, 2012. The Company wishes to thank Pat for her contributions over her career at PNI.
