Northrock Announces Name Change to Bama Gold

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/13/11 -- Bama Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: BMA) (formerly "Northrock Resources Inc." (TSX VENTURE: NRK)) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that effective December 13, 2011 the Company has changed its name to Bama Gold Corp.

At the commencement of trading on December 13, 2011, Bama Gold's common shares will trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker symbol BMA.
