Helios High Yield Fund: Special Dividend Declaration
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- (Marketwire) -- 12/13/11 -- Helios High Yield Fund (NYSE: HHY) (the "Fund") today announced that its Board of Trustees declared a special dividend of $0.04 per share, payable on December 29, 2011 to shareholders of record on December 28, 2011. The ex-dividend date is December 23, 2011. In order to be compliant with federal tax requirements, the special dividend will be paid from the Fund's undistributed net investment income.
Dividends may include net investment income, capital gains and/or return of capital.
