Investment Will Allow Westone to Grow Core Businesses, Expand Consumer Electronics Business and Seek Strategic Acquisition Opportunities

The investment will allow the Westone management team to continue to build the company with a new investment partner while allowing members of the family that founded Westone to diversify and pursue personal interests.
