CORN PRODUCTS INTERNATIONAL INCREASES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND TO $0.20 PER SHARE

WESTCHESTER, Ill., December 14, 2011 - The Board of Directors of Corn Products
International, Inc. (NYSE: CPO) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per
share on the Company's common stock. This represents an increase of $0.04 per
share, or 25% compared to the previous quarterly dividend of $0.16. This also
marks the second time the Company has increased its dividend in the past year.
The dividend is payable on January 25, 2012, to stockholders of record at the
close of business on December 30, 2011.
