DEAG Board Member Christian Diekmann: Contract extended ahead of time
Berlin, December 15, 2011: The Supervisory Board of DEAG Deutsche
Entertainment AG (ISIN DE000A0Z23G6) has extended the executive board
contract of Christian Diekmann (38), CFO and COO, prematurely by three
years until July 30, 2015. Thereby the Supervisory Board establishes
continuity at the top management of DEAG Deutsche Entertainment AG for the
years to come. Diekmann will promote the successful development of DEAG and
the continuation of the profitable growth together with Executive Chairman
Prof. Peter Schwenkow.
Furthermore, DEAG strengthens the second management level by appointing
Roman Velke (36) as Authorised Officer. Velke, who joined DEAG almost a
year ago from auditors BDO, is responsible for the Mergers&Acquisitions
(M&A)section and works closely with Board Member Diekmann in the field of
Financing and Accounting.
