(firmenpresse) - SAN DIEGO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/16/11 -- Software Equity Group, LLC (SEG) announced today its client, 360Facility, a leading provider of SaaS based facilities management solutions to the global corporate and commercial property market, has been acquired by Accruent, a major provider of real estate and facilities performance management applications. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
360Facility has rapidly emerged as the preferred SaaS-based facilities solution provider to the global corporate and commercial property market, with 418 customers in 56 countries managing 64,000 properties. 360Facility solutions cover the full spectrum of facilities operations, including property management, maintenance and asset management, emergency preparedness, and incident management.
