Apple Rush Co., Inc. Brings Organic Zeolite Fertilizer to the US

(PINKSHEETS: APRU) and Rancho Chinobampo S.A. de C.V. of Sinaloa, Mexico (Chinobampo) reached an agreement whereby Apple Rush will have controlling interest in a new US Corporation with an exclusive license to distribute Chinobampo's unique patented Organic Fertilizer formulated with , marketed under the name Chinobampo Nerea.
The new US Corporation will become a public company, which will hold the Exclusive Territorial License for the United States and Canada for Chinobampo Nerea. This new US Corporation will be owned, in part, by Chinobampo and partly owned by Apple Rush. Apple Rush intends to distribute, as a dividend to its shareholders, stockholders of record as of January 31, 2012.
Apple Rush® and Organic Apple Growers across the US and Canada have struggled to find the best Organic Nutrients for the Organic Apple Trees. The Chinobampo Nerea Organic Fertilizer formulated with Zeolite is a Nano Technology product that uses the unique molecular structure of Zeolite to deliver nutrients to plants using less water and avoiding the toxins like Arsenic that are usually associated with use of commercial urea based fertilizers. After celebrating 60 Million USD in yearly sales of Chinobampo Nerea in Mexico alone, Mr. Alcarz and Mr. Corr believe that the potential for this Zeolite based product to increase yields and save water will generate not only increased profits but contribute to the renewal of the soil for US and Canadian farmers.
Chinobampo S.A. de C.V. of Sinaloa Mexico owns their own Zeolite mines. Their patented process to produce Chinobampo Nerea, an Organic fertilizer formulated with Zeolite, is done in house at their facilities in Mexico.
