FRV Media Inc. Announces the Appointment of a Director and the Resignations of Two Directors
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 12/19/11 -- FRV Media Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: FRV.H) announces the appointment of Mr. Jeffrey Mandel as a director of the Corporation. Mr. Mandel is President and CEO of Mitec Telecom Inc., a Toronto Stock Exchange -listed issuer that trades under the symbol MTM. Mitec is a leading designer and provider of radio frequency (RF) products for the telecommunications and satellite communications industries, as well as a variety of other sectors. Mitec sells its products worldwide to network providers for incorporation into high-performing wireless networks used in voice and data/internet communications.
The Corporation also announces that Mr. Richard Laferriere and Mr. Paul Hanna have stepped down from the Board of Directors. The Company thanks Messrs. Hanna and Laferriere for their service.
