(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/19/11 -- Solitaire Minerals Corp. (TSX VENTURE: SLT) (Solitaire) held its annual general meeting on December 19, 2011. All agenda items, as outlined in the circular, were approved and all company directors as presented were elected.
At the AGM, Dave Bissoondatt was appointed to the board of directors, replacing Peter Dickie. Mr. Bissoondatt has over 20 years of experience in business and the capital markets. The Company would like to thank Mr. Dickie for all his contributions to date.
