CapitalDPO, Inc. Announces Contract for $10,000,000 Direct Public Offering With Securit Private Vaults, Inc.
(firmenpresse) - SAN DIEGO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/20/11 -- CapitalDPO, Inc. and Securit Private Vaults, Inc., , have announced plans to prepare a direct public offering of common stock of Securit Private Vaults. Plans call for Securit Private Vaults, with the assistance of CapitalDPO, to file a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for approval of a direct public offering of 5,000,000 shares of Securit Private Vaults common stock. The common stock will be offered at $2.00 per share to raise a total of $10,000,000.
It is anticipated that the offering will be filed with the SEC sometime during the second quarter of 2012 with approval envisioned sometime during the third or fourth quarter of 2012. Following SEC approval the offering is intended to be marketed directly by Securit Private Vaults to the public on its website and through various FINRA broker dealers and by CapitalDPO. Securit Private Vaults intends to use the proceeds from the direct public offering for expansion of new private vault locations, additional technology development, expanding its private armed and unarmed security services, vigorous sales & marketing programs and operating capital.
