Fully subscribed share issue for Cryptzone Group AB (publ)

Cryptzone's priority issuing of new shares closed December 19th. 100% of the
shares were subscribed at a value of 9,067,103 SEK.
Representatives signed 58.3% of the shares and underwriters subscribed 41.7%. No
compensation was paid to underwriters.
