Orocan Announces Name Change to "Standard Graphite Corporation"
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/21/11 -- Orocan Resource Corp. (the "Company") announces that an extraordinary general meeting of members of the Company will be held on January 27, 2012. At that meeting, a special resolution will be proposed to change the Company's name to "Standard Graphite Corporation". The change of name is subject to member approval and acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.
