Kinnevik participates in Transcom's new issue

Investment AB Kinnevik (publ) ("Kinnevik") today announced that the company has
subscribed for 33.7% in Transcom's issue of new shares, of which 22.3% with
preferential rights and 11.4% in addition to this, in accordance with previously
granted guarantee.
In total, the payment will amount to SEK 169.7 million. For further information
regarding the rights issue, please refer to Transcom's website www.transcom.com.
Following the share issue, Kinnevik will own 33.0% of the capital and 39.7% of
the votes in Transcom.
