Leasinvest sells an office building in Zwijndrecht (Antwerp) for ? 7.7 million

The sicafi Leasinvest Real Estate (Euronext Brussels, LEAS) sold on 19/12/11,
through a transfer of a branch of economic activity, an office building located
in the business park Alpha Campus in Zwijndrecht (near Antwerp) to the company
Integrale Immo Management SA, subsidiary of Integrale 'c.c.a.', specialized in
complementary pensions, for an amount of ? 7.7 million (transfer costs
excluded).

This transaction comprises an office building (3,487 m²) with integrated
workshops (355 m²), a warehouse (639 m²), approx. 125 outdoor parking spaces,
the underlying land (approx. 6,725 m²), together with the real estate leasing
contract concluded with the lessee occupying the building.

A limited realized capital gain of ? 0.4 million on this transaction will be
booked in our financial year 2011.
