Department of Homeland Security Selects VIP for Large-Scale Federal Protective Service Project
(firmenpresse) - FOLSOM, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/21/11 -- Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP), a global technology and managed services firm, has been awarded a $17.2 million project for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD), Federal Protective Service (FPS). VIP will provide project management, programmer analysis, quality assurance, technical writing, information security, systems and database administration, and SELC documentation support services.
FPS is responsible for protecting over 9,000 government facilities from potential terrorist attacks or other acts of violence to ensure the safety and security of more than a million federal employees, contractors, and members of the public. For more information about FPS please go to .
