CapMan Plc has today received notifications of change in voting rights in
accordance with chapter 2, section 9 of the Securities Markets Act.
Ari Tolppanen and Oy Aristo-Invest Ab's combined share of voting rights in
CapMan Plc has fallen below one fifth (20%).

into B series shares executed on 22 December 2011
