Atletico De Madrid Fans Can Now Place Their Photos on Their Favourite Players' Jerseys

The initiative will allow them to accompany their team in every game by placing their photographs on their favourite players' numbers, at a price everyone can afford.

The shirts featuring numbers made up of the pictures of fans will become a reality on January 28, when Atletico de Madrid is scheduled to take on CA Osasuna in the Estadio Reyno de Navarra. Starting then and through the end of the 2011-2012 season Atletico fans will be able to enjoy knowing that their photos are on the numbers of the players they have chosen, representing a strong source of moral support and identification with the Atletico club.

Those wishing to participate by supporting their Clubs can do so by acquiring a photo spot, starting today and until after Christmas, through the Atletico de Madrid website () or the Playing2 website (), the company providing the service.

An easy-to-use service

Fans who decide to purchase a photo spot on Atletico de Madrid uniforms may do so starting at only EUR14.90, which will entitle them to having their pictures on the numbers of the players they have chosen during all the matches of the second half of the 2011-2012 season.

The purchase process, completed in collaboration with , a company specialized in new forms of sports promotion, consists of three simple steps: after entering the club's website, or directly on the Playing2 page, fans may select the player on whose number they want to add their photo, as well as its location, with a simple system similar to that used in the online sale of tickets for shows and sporting events.

After making one's selection, he only has to purchase the space and upload his picture to the website. Each buyer may purchase a maximum of ten spaces, both for himself and to give to friends and acquaintances - a gift idea everyone can afford, and a very suitable option for the holidays, which are right around the corner.

After completing the operation fans will receive an official participant's card, together with a certificate guaranteeing the appearance of their photos on their chosen players' shirts during the period contracted.
