Yorbeau Closes Second Tranche of Private Placement

(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 12/22/11 -- Yorbeau Resources Inc. ("Yorbeau") (TSX: YRB.A) is pleased to announce that it has completed a second tranche of its previous-announced private placement by issuing an additional 800,000 common shares at a price of $0.20 per share for gross proceeds of $160,000.

To date the Company has raised gross proceeds of $2,440,625 under the current financing lead by Versant Partners Inc.
