Decade Resources Ltd. Announces Closing of Non-Brokered Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - STEWART, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/23/11 -- Decade Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: DEC) -
Further to the Company's earlier news release dated November 25, 2011, the Company is pleased to announce it has received TSX Venture Exchange approval for and closed a private placement of 13,500,000 flow-through units, at a price of $0.10 per flow-through unit, to raise proceeds of $1,350,000.
Finders' fees of $79,800 were paid in connection with the private placement.
All of the shares, warrants and any shares issued upon exercise of the warrants comprising the flow-through units are subject to a hold period and may not be traded in Canada until April 24, 2012, except as permitted by applicable Canadian securities laws and the TSX Venture Exchange.
