About Foodpolis
Foodpolis is being developed as an export-oriented cluster through which products will be exported to Northeast Asian countries including China and Japan. In cooperation with national food industry complexes and government-led agricultural and food R&D institutes, Foodpolis plans to raise food processing technology to a world-class level. The Korean government plans to develop Foodpolis into a world leader in the food industry by attracting 150 domestic and foreign food manufacturers and 10 food R&D institutes.
