Tour Music Fest (TMF) is a pan-European platform for talent discovery, education and artistic development, designed to identify and support the next generation of artists across Europe. More than a competition, TMF operates as a structured ecosystem that connects emerging talent with the professional music industry, combining live performance opportunities with mentoring, training and direct industry access. At a time when many artists struggle to transition from visibility to sustainable careers, TMF provides a concrete pathway from early exposure to international stages. Founded in Italy in 2007, the platform has evolved into a European network active across 12 countries and over 30 cities each year, culminating in the European Finals in the Republic of San Marino.
