3A FINANCE GROUP APPOINTS DESIGNATED SPONSOR FOR XETRA(R)
London / Zurich, July 14, 2011 - 3A Finance PLC (the 'Company' or '3A')
(Ticker Symbol: 3AM, WKN: A1JFJA, ISIN: GB00B3X7DR65) is pleased to
announce that it has appointed Renell Wertpapierhandelsbank AG as
Designated Sponsor.
3A's shares will be continuously tradable on the Deutsche Börse XETRA(R)
system, one of the fastest trading systems of the world.
Renell Wertpapierhandelsbank AG will provide liquidity for the stock by
placing binding bids and offer quotes into the system in order to ensure an
effective trading. This should lead to a reduction of volatility as well as
disappearing of the 'Illiquid-Discount' and certainly increase market
awareness of 3A.
