Cermaq ASA sells shares in Marine Farms (MAFA)

Cermaq ASA has on 16. September 2010 sold 15.756.991 shares in Marine Farms ASA
(MAFA) at a price of NOK 18,50 per share. After the transaction, Cermaq owns no
shares in MAFA.

This disclosure is made in accordance with section 4-2 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
