Eli Giske appointed as new CFO of EDB ErgoGroup

(Oslo, 17 March 2011) EDB ErgoGroup ASA has appointed Eli Giske as the company's
new CFO. She has been the acting CFO since December 2010. Eli Giske was
previously the CFO of ErgoGroup, and she was also the CFO of EDB earlier in her
career.
"I am delighted that Eli is continuing with the company. She has a proven record
of strong performance, and has established a good structure for the entire CFO
function in the new company. Her appointment as CFO is a good solution which
