Why? It challenges you, it promotes you and it touches you!
I stumbled upon this training programm when googling through the www searching for an opportunity to move myself in a new professional direction. Not being supported by my current employer to make this move I had several telephone conversations with Gary in the course of the decision process to nevertheless register for this program on my own expense. As a reliable, supportive, pleasant and motivating contact Gary proved the service idea promised throughout the complete training programme: offer the best service for its participants. This impressed me from the very beginning. Also, when it came to the payments I found it incredibly easy and trustful by Stöger & Partner to agree to payment in instalments. And during the whole preparation of the training modules we received full support for instance when searching for suitable and reasonably priced accommodation in the lovely metropolis Paderborn.
The complex content of the IBT/M is conveyed in a very compact time frame, the training modules including the corresponding tasks are highly practical oriented, very intense and provide the participants with deep learning experiences that finally confirm the individual strengths at the same time still offering ways to develop the own potential to the fullest.
Constant feedback rounds both from trainers to trainees and mutually among trainees not only support your personal development and your own feedback skills but they also foster a very personal, trustful and enjoyable learning atmosphere.
The trainers, Gary, Susanne and Brigitte, are a program highlight themselves! Gary with the most amazing training skills gives the program an incomparable touch filling the training modules with professional know-how, his great personality and passion and his unique sense of humour certainly influenced by his British origin. Susanne and Brigitte both complete the team in their own special way always offering an insight into their profound qualification and extensive experience. With their sensitive perception skills, their empathy and their enthusiasm they add to this invaluable experience and embody the perfect role models for this profession.
The IBT/M course was as convincing as described above from the beginning to the end being framed by relaxed and joyful joint dinner evenings filled with good stories, loud and continuous laughter and interesting and stimulating experience exchange within our multicultural (British, Turkish, German, Swedish and Italian) group. Not only within the single modules we created our own training culture by practicing "the Lara Croft move", but also subsequent to a training day when realizing that "I feel moderated today" (thanks a lot Marcus, old Swede, for this lasting memory!) ;o)
In between, I found myself mentioning to Gary that he should really sell all of his interesting stories, helpful hints, priceless statements and offered pieces of advice. Gary"s simple answer to my forward-looking comment was simple and true: "Well I do! You have to pay for this course." I obviously forgot about that completely the course being pure pleasure instead of an obligation.
In fact there is a lot more to tell, for instance about the great link between Meike, a former IBT/M trainee, and myself also allowing to continue the IBT/M spirit outside the course when exchanging about our own past, current and future training plans ("Give me the iceberg, baby!/Mach mir den Eisberg, Baby!") ;o)
