Aufschluss darüber, ob sich Kraft und Druck innerhalb der definierten Schmerzgrenzwerte bewegen, gibt das Kollisionsmess-Set PRMS von Pilz. Es misst Kraft und Druck, die bei einer möglichen Kollision zwischen Mensch und Roboter entstehen. Die Auswertung erfolgt über die Software. Damit wird PRMS zur Validierung von Mensch-Roboter-Kollaboration (MRK) eingesetzt.
Bleibt die Anwendung während einer Begegnung zwischen Mensch und Roboter innerhalb definierter Grenzen, so ist sie normenkonform. Daher müssen bei jeder MRK-Applikation entsprechende Messungen durchgeführt werden.
