The RepAC assortment is particularly interesting for repairing agricultural and construction machinery where transport to the workshop involves a great deal of effort. The RepAC assortment can be used to perform repairs on site so that the vehicle can remain where it is.
The scope of supply of our assortment includes aluminium pipes with the most common outer diameters of 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18 mm, and the appropriate connecting sets including the screw components and seals. Pipe cutters, deburring machines and non-woven abrasives are required for professional processing, which are also included in the practical assortment. The seal rings included are suitable for all standard refrigerants and round off the assortment.
To ensure quality, TÜV burst pressure tests have been carried out for all connection sizes and a high level of resistance confirmed.
The RepAC assortment is the ideal high-quality repair solution for leaks in the climate control hose. To demonstrate the application to a model, we have already provided a tutorial on our YouTube channel.
