CYLAD, celebrates its 10th anniversary in Germany

For the past 10 years, CYLAD Germany has been guiding industrial companies to overcome performance, transformation, and growth challenges, in sectors such as aerospace and defense, machinery and electronics, high tech, medical technology, transport, and infrastructure.
Since 2013, the firm has expanded its activities with today 2 dedicated offices in Hamburg and Munich and employs 30 employees in the country.
“We are very proud of our journey thus far. In 10 years, CYLAD Germany has grown tremendously without losing its DNA: a deep knowledge of the technology intensive industries, strong analytical problem-solving skills while having in mind the implementation for the client and specific attention paid to human factors. We have also managed to build up a broad customer portfolio with long-term customer relationships, with 80% of our projects performed with long-term clients on a regular basis” says Thomas Trautmann, Founder and Partner of CYLAD Germany.
“Looking ahead to the next ten years, our goal is to pursue our growth and to double the size of both offices. We also aim to further develop our client base and services, reaching new industry sectors and providing our customers a further enhanced support through offerings” explains Steffen Petersen, Partner at CYLAD Germany.
To celebrate this milestone, the CYLAD Germany team invited its clients and friends to share a convivial evening in Hamburg with a leadership training session “Conducting and Leading” with Prof. Gernot Schulz and musicians from the Hamburg Philharmonic State Orchestra.
