Appoints Proven Cloud Industry Executives to Expand Global Presence in Cloud
Computing Professional Services

industries, today announced the expansion of its global presence in Cloud
computing professional services with the appointment of Andy Bart and Vern
Sheppard as Vice Presidents, reporting to Bill Opet, SVP, Cable, Broadband and
Cloud Business Unit. The company's Cloud practice assists clients with the
complexities of Cloud enablement, whether they are considering a move to the
Cloud or becoming Cloud service providers.

As seasoned IT services executives, both Andy and Vern bring a wealth of Cloud
computing experience, specifically in their recent roles as principals of
Executive Operations Management (EOM), a boutique consulting firm in the D.C.
metropolitan area, where they successfully supported enterprise clients and
system integrators in their Cloud computing initiatives.
Specifically, TMNG's Cloud practice will help enterprises and communications
service providers understand how Cloud services might fit into their IT
strategy. Client decisions to move to the cloud can include various strategies
to utilize both public and private Clouds with significant cost and resource
advantages. TMNG Global will help clients determine what to move to a Cloud
environment, how to manage those services, and how to integrate them into their
existing enterprise operations by using TMNG Global's proprietary Cloud focused
toolsets.
Andy Bart brings over 30 years of technical and managerial positions in the IT
sector, as well as extensive work with helping companies transform their IT
operations to a Cloud environment. Prior to joining TMNG Global, Andy served as
a Principal with EOM, advising clients on Cloud computing strategies. He also
developed and implemented Cloud awareness training, conducted financial
analysis with the use of ROI tools, assessed Cloud readiness, recommended Cloud
providers, and managed/supported Cloud migrations. Andy served as President of
SHL Systemhouse Inc., and was general manager of numerous branch operations of
Systemhouse throughout the U.S. and Canada. Additionally, Andy held
executive-level positions at Maxima Corporation.
Vern Sheppard has over 25 years of broad management qualifications and
experience in IT management, outsourcing and business startups. Prior to
joining TMNG Global, Vern served as a Principal with EOM, where he advised
clients on Cloud computing including Cloud awareness training, assessments of
Cloud readiness, economic analysis, analysis of qualified Cloud providers, and
Cloud migration support. Additionally, Vern held other executive-level
positions at Millennium Care, Healthaxis, Ernst&Young, SHL Systemhouse
(acquired by EDS), and Ameritech (became AT&T Teleholdings). Vern is a
Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP), and a member of multiple
associations, including, the International Association of Outsourcing
Professionals (IAOP), the Project Management Institute (PMI), and a variety of
Cloud computing forums.
