London / Zurich, July 12, 2011 - 3A Finance PLC (the 'Company' or '3A')
(Ticker Symbol: 3AM, WKN: A1JFJA, ISIN: GB00B3X7DR65) is pleased to
announce that it has achieved a listing on Frankfurt Stock Exchange
(Deutsche
Börse AG).
3A Finance PLC's mission is to be a pace setting, innovative and highly
dynamic
early-stage financial services development company, concentrating on the
emerging markets of Africa&the Middle East.
The Company has several vision statements:
With its 3A MEASSM Middle East&Africa Secondary Share Market, the vision
is
to implement methods of raising capital for private SME Small&Middle size
Enterprises on the Middle East&African markets. The company is aiming to
open&expose the shareholding capital of those member companies to the
international investment community.
With its 3A Cash, a money transfer service, the company's vision is to
facilitate
the funds transfer for African migrants to their family members while
offering
affordable, easy to use and last but not least reliable money transfer
means.
With its 3A Microcredit service, the company's vision is to enhance the
growth of
private small companies on the Middle East&African markets while offering

great instrument to boost the economies of countries in the targeted
