fidis: New website, enhanced service
fidis GmbH, a leading international provider of standard software for factoring companies based on SAP, launched its new website on October 29. The most important innovations are a ticket form and a factoring portal for information about the current factoring agreements. The new website significantly expedites communication.
The new customer portal also reduces the factoring companies’ workload: It offers factoring clients a quick way to view their transactions. In the past this information had to be provided by the factoring companies by traditional mail or email. That was not only slower, but also complicated. Now factoring clients can obtain up-to-date information on the status of outstanding items, incoming payments, cash out and availability, dunning status, etc. at any time online.
Another service offered by the new website is a comprehensive factoring glossary which provides reliable explanations of the most important terms used in the industry. A new state-of-the-art design and a lean and straightforward navigation also make the website particularly user-friendly.
