Following the latest success in the United States with the previous
launches in Los Angeles, New York City and San Francisco, Blacklane now
sets its rapid growth forth in another five cities: Pittsburgh, Charlotte,
San Jose, Riverside, and Honolulu. The international company offers a new
alternative in daily transportation needs, providing customers with airport
transfers, transportation to and from meetings, and as-directed chauffeur
services.

'Our aim is to accompany our customers in the States wherever they want to
go.' states Dr. Jens Wohltorf, co-founder of Blacklane, adding, 'We are on
the way to becoming the number one international companion for their entire
journey.' Given that the United States is a major destination for travelers
from all over the world, expanding the limousine and chauffeur service
further in the States' biggest and most important cities was just a matter
of time. 'Growing further in the States and fulfilling the needs of
travelers has been a dream of Blacklane and now it's finally coming true.'
Wohltorf continues.

Pittsburgh is the second largest city in the US state Pennsylvania. 'We
believe that Pittsburgh has high potential of becoming a successful
Blacklane city. The so-called City of Steel attracts many business
travelers.' Wohltorf says. The Pittsburgh International Airport is located
30km from the city centre. 'Blacklane offers comfortable airport transfers
for those who do not want to rely on a taxi.' He continues.

Charlotte, the biggest city in North Carolina, has a strong economy with 10
Fortune 500 companies headquartered here. The city is the largest financial
center by assets in the U.S. after New York, with the Bank of America
headquartered here, and more than 240 energy-oriented organizations in the
region. 'Blacklane launches its service in Charlotte to finally connect its


partner network to North Carolina.' Frank Steuer, also co-founder, states.

Blacklane is already available in California's biggest cities Los Angeles
and San Diego. 'We are proud to finally extend our network to San Jose.'
Steuer says. As the so-called Capital of Silicon Valley, it is a major hub
for business travelers from all over the world. 'These travelers already
know the Blacklane chauffeur service and are happy to be now able to also
use it when traveling to San Jose.' He continues.

Riverside has more than 300.000 residents. It attracts young visitors and
students, who come to study at the California University Riverside. 'Our
prices are competitive with the taxi rates in Riverside.' Steuer says.
'Blacklane wants to be a chauffeur service for everybody that wants to have
easy access to a new way of ground transportation.' He states.

With Honolulu, Blacklane extends its service in the United States to the
28th city. 'As capital of Hawaii, it is a major hub for tourists, who come
to Honolulu to relax. We want the relaxation to start right upon arrival at
the airport with a comfortable ride with Blacklane to the hotel.' Wohltorf
comments.

The limousine service is now available in 28 cities in the United States:
Chicago, New York City, Washington D.C., San Francisco, Boston, Miami, Los
Angeles, Baltimore, Las Vegas, Orlando, Houston, Dallas, Philadelphia,
Detroit, Atlanta, Seattle, San Diego, Denver, Minneapolis, St. Louis,
Phoenix, Tampa, Kansas City, Pittsburgh, Charlotte, San Jose, Honolulu, and
Riverside. 'And there is no end in sight!' Frank Steuer states.

Having received overwhelmingly positive feedback wherever it launches,
Blacklane is firmly establishing itself as one of the leading international
players in the limousine service industry. 'Local providers welcome us
wherever we show up, knowing that we'll add to their revenue instead of
diminishing it.'

Bookings can be made around the clock, online, or with the company's
smartphone app. After specifying their pick-up location and booking period
or desired destination, customers can choose from one of three classes of
vehicles (Business Class, Business Van /SUV, First Class) at a binding,
fixed price including all taxes and fees. Cars can be booked up to fifteen
minutes before the customer's required pick-up time.

After booking, customers receive a confirmation of their order as well as
their chauffeur's contact details. Payments can be made by credit or debit
card and, for companies, can be billed on a monthly basis. All customer
invoices can easily be downloaded from their MyBlacklane account.

Blacklane limousines can now be booked in countries all over the world:
Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China
(incl. Hong Kong and Macau), Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland,
France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Israel, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, the
Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia,
Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey,
Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, the U.K. and the U.S.
