A25 Gold Producers Completes Summer 2011 Geochemical Soil Sampling Program on A25 Extension Properties
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/30/11 -- A25 Gold Producers Corp. (FRANKFURT: ALQN) is pleased to announce that the company has completed a soil geochemical sampling program on the A25 extension properties located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.
This work produced coincident gold-copper anomalies in two areas as well as other isolated anomalies. The geochemical soil sampling program determined gold values ranging from 5.0 up to 673.7 ppb. Gold values in excess of 10 ppb are considered to be anomalous. Copper values ranged from 21.0 up to 205.0 ppm.
A25 Gold Producers also wishes to announce that it has applied for the necessary permits that will allow the company to proceed with a diamond drill program on the A25 properties in 2012.
Previous exploration on the A25 main zone (as referenced in the 43-101 Technical Report on the A25 Property: November 14, 2011) consisted of geological mapping, geochemical and geophysical surveys, diamond drilling and underground exploration. Gold mineralization was intersected in 16 of the 32 holes that were drilled on the A25 main zone. Of these, seven holes returned assays grading in a range between15.5 grams per tonne gold up to 409 grams per tonne gold, over one metre. The best hole (H85-24) contained 210 grams per tonne over two metres.
