Focus engages Launch IR Inc. for investor relation services
OTTAWA, ONTARIO – Focus Metals Inc. (“Focus” or the “Corporation”) is pleased to announce that it has engaged Launch IR Inc. to provide investor relation services to the Corporation. Launch IR Inc. is an Ottawa based investor relations/consulting firm with connections and strong ties to industry leading investment firms in Canada, the United States and Europe. The agreement is for a twelve-month period at a monthly fee of $5,000. Launch IR Inc. also received 300,000 stock options allowing it to acquire the same number of common shares of Focus at $1.00 per share for a five-year period.
The above transaction is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
