(CNSX: JTM), reports that it has reached agreement to settle outstanding obligations totaling $250,000 owed to directors and consultants to the company in exchange for 5,000,000 common shares of the company. The last closing price of shares of the company was $0.01 per share.

JETCOM INC. has 45,337,400 outstanding common shares (to be 51,337,400 upon closing of this debt settlement).

No exchange or regulating authority has approved or disapproved the contents of this press release.
